the order process:
Is your online order process safe?
Yes. Our secure server software along with our ticketing software Expresso Ticketing (designed by ITAdvantage) encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are securely transmitted over the Internet.
How will I get my tickets?
Your tickets will be available for pick up any time prior to the performance during regular Box Office hours (10 – 5, Mon. – Fri.).  Online ticket orders will be available the following business day after the order is placed (example – tickets purchased online: Wednesday at 10AM; available for pick-up: Thursday at 10AM).
Main Stage and 2nd Stage Subscription Series tickets are mailed out at the end of the summer, usually the last week in August.  Mini-Season Subscriptions are mailed shortly after you purchase.

special provisions and discounts:
What provisions are made for patrons with disabilities?
BRLT is a barrier-free building. Wheelchair seating must be requested at time of ticket order.  Disabled parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis to those displaying official state license plates or placards. One American Sign Language interpreted performance is scheduled for each Main Stage Series and Summer Musical production. Please call the Box Office for details and performance dates. Information on Special Access Programs is available.

The performances:
How long are the performances?
Performance run times vary.  You may call the Box Office at (225) 924-6496 beginning the Monday prior to Opening Night to inquire as to the running time.  This information is also posted in locations throughout the lobby when you arrive for a performance.
What should I wear to the performance?
Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable.  Some audience members come to the theater in more dressy attire, others arrive in more casual shirts and slacks. Either is fine.
Can I take a tour of the theater?
The theater is closed to the public when there is not a performance scheduled; however, backstage tours can be arranged in advance by contacting the Box Office at (225) 924-6496.
